  1. Hi there, Google doesn't seem to like tags coming from BTSocial - getting error for AMP pages: The tag 'fb:like' is disallowed. " How can I disable the plugin for AMP pages? Thanks, Gina G.
  2. Hello? Anyone!? I will need to get this fixed asap. ANY ideas are greatly appreciated! Thanks.
  3. I have the same issue... Module content does not appear when called via secure connection. Any ideas?
  4. Hi there, Just noticed that the map is simply not showing (no errors, when error reporting is set to maximum) since upgrade to Joomla 3.5. I've tried overriding with default.php found in other topic, the result is the same. This client has no overrides. Help please... this site is only active a couple of months out of the year.. and this is it! *Edit* Just realized that it also isn't showing on another site (also Joomla 3.5) Thanks, Gina G.
  5. Never mind... it just magically appeared again - on both sites!
  6. Hi there, I'm using BT ARISE II and using the mega menu. I'm trying to replicate our Joomla 2.5 site (original BT ARISE template) which includes an ajax search in the mega menu. This time around, I can't seem to figure out how to keep the menu open to be able to type in the search field. Any ideas? Example: Look at Quick Links, please. Thanks, Gina G.
  7. Hi there... was trying to look at your BT ARISE II demo again... 500 error since at least yesterday.
  8. Thank you very much; beautiful template! We've used it on Migration project for Honora Bay Riding Stable
  9. Hi there, I'm sure we've encountered this a good while back... but I can't for the life of me remember how it was resolved. Guest voting is enabled, yet the systems prompts to log in. Any ideas? Thanks! Gina G.
  10. Hi there, This has been asked before but I did not see a solution: I would like my portfolio to pretty much show exactly like your demo. Yet, when I chose default and flat list-default, my details all run in one column. I don't quite understand why you show a demo one way, but the default settings don't reflect that demo. I've been fiddling with this for 2.5 days now.. I really would like to get this up and running asap. Thanks, GG Edited: Yes, I can make css modifications to make it look alright on a larger screen. This, however, breaks mobile layout.
  11. Message sent.. thank you very much!
  12. Hi there, I made a change to the smaller image size in the category list under Options in Control Panel. Thumbnails still show at original size (cleared browser cache). Also, under the individual portfolios, there is a comment about rebuilding images but I do not see where???
  13. Ok, got it now! I couldn't figure out WHERE to rebuild images. Thanks.
  14. Hi there, I've used this extension before... mind you, with Joomla 2.5.x I am now playing with Joomla 3.1.5 and the latest release v3.2.1.. please see errors below: Warning: Division by zero in /home/xxxxx/public_html/2014/modules/mod_bt_contentslider/classes/images.php on line 94 Warning: imagecreatefromjpeg() [function.imagecreatefromjpeg]: gd-jpeg: JPEG library reports unrecoverable error: in /home/xxxxx/public_html/2014/modules/mod_bt_contentslider/classes/images.php on line 120 Warning: imagecreatefromjpeg() [function.imagecreatefromjpeg]: '/home/xxxxx/public_html/2014/cache/mod_bt_contentslider/30f963780570fa40068218b9ac652374-smiley-mad.gif' is not a valid JPEG file in /home/xxxxx/public_html/2014/modules/mod_bt_contentslider/classes/images.php on line 120 Warning: imagecopyresampled() expects parameter 2 to be resource, boolean given in /home/xxxxx/public_html/2014/modules/mod_bt_contentslider/classes/images.php on line 131 Any thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks, GG
  15. Ahhh.. never mind. There was a .gif in one of the articles (I think). By changing the category, the errors disappeared. On to the next issue :)
  16. First off, thank you for this nice template! It would be really helpful if you had a diagram of sorts to show which modules use which suffix to achieve the same look you used on your demo site. It really is quite cumbersome trying to figure it out otherwise. Since the site I'm working on is a migration from Joomla 1.x (yikes, I know) - the quick install was not an option. Thanks for any and all help. I'd really like to finish this up as I've spent way too much time on this project already. The test site can be viewed here:
  17. Hi there, The mega menu works peachy on the home page and (almost) all first level links. But, on any child or second level links the drop down is lost. Any ideas? Thanks a bunch! Dev site: here
  18. Sorry but that wasn't helpful at all. I'm quite aware how to set up a mega menu. My issue is that the drop downs do not show on ALL pages (as they should). Regardless, I had to take the site live.. kindly have a look at Honora Bay Riding Stable The drop downs do not show on all trail ride pages, Riding Lessons, Summer Camp, Stud Services, etc. It does show on many other pages. There seems to be nothing obvious...
  19. Go to Extensions/Template Manager Click on bt-arise Chose menu option under Profiles That should do it :)
  20. Awesome! Thank you so much
