  1. Hello, I have the exact same error. I do not have this edit.php file in that folder. Has it been moved or replaced with something since this post was created, or is there a new location I need to make this edit in? Sorry disregard, I was in the properties folder instead of property. Thanks, your solution still works but given the age of this post why have you not already put this in the extension?
  2. Thanks Hung, I completly uninstalled the extension and reinstalled it and the issue went away. Must have been a faulty install...
  3. Most of the time these types of problems are due to server limitations. You may be trying to upload an image that exceeds the server max limit. Try uploading a smaller image and see if that works. If it still does not give a look at the error log file that you can find in your Joomla root directory and see if there are any clues. Also you can enable error reporting from your global configuration and see what errors show up when you try and upload the images. It could also be a folder permission issue, check that the folder you are uploading to has the correct permissions.
  4. This is a common issue and I have found th jQuery Easy plugin does a good job eliminating these conflicts. You might give it a go and see if it helps.
  5. After updating Joomla to 2.5.11 the module is throwing this error. Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::load() in C:\xampp\htdocs\klm\components\com_bt_portfolio\models\portfolios.php on line 36 I could not find the reason for this and I am currently working local so no chance to give you a link just yet. Has anyone else reported any issues such as this?
  6. I purchased this fantastic extension some time ago and have just now found the time to work with it. I downloaded the latest version and installed it and in the course of working with it found a bug. When you create a portfolio you need to add the categories first because it refreshes the page and if you have added anything else, such as the title and alias that are above it. This and anything else that you have added will be stripped out and you will only be left with the categories that you added. This only seems to be an issue if you have more than one category for the portfolio. If you add just one all is good. One other thing that threw me was the name "Portfolio", while I did figure this out I think it would make more sense to name it Item or something along those lines. When I first started working with this that threw me. I created my categories and then I went to build my portfolios and found that it was not a sub category (for lack of a better term) but rather an item that would become part of the portfolio. Hope that made sense and it really is trivial but it would make more sense to be called an item rather than calling it what we are combining together to become a "Portfolio". All in all though guys, my hat is off to you for creating what can only be described as the BEST portfolio extension in Joomla! I have been working with Joomla for the better part of 6 years and I can say in all honesty this extension ranks right up there with the best of the best as far as I am concerned! I will defiantly be looking to other extensions and templates that Bow Themes offer for future projects knowing that this tool was created with the highest standards I know I can expect more of the same. Not sure why I ma listed as a free member though, I paid for the Portfolio extension.
  7. Thank hungtx...;)
  8. This is one fantastic tool! I only have one thing that would make it perfect for me and that is for the Visit site button I would like it to open the site in a new window. Where would I find the code to edit to make this work?
