  1. Today I set up a new Joomla 3 installation with this great looking template. In your template description you wrote: Inbuilt Google Fonts configuration But where can I change the font used for the site? In the template configuration I found only a few settings and no option to change fonts. Thanks
  2. I' using the BT Photography template together with the Background Slideshow (see www.preyer.net). The Background Slideshow is running, showing the first picture and the thumbnails from the others below, but does not change the picture. The text of each picture is shown right, but not the picture. Any Idea? I also upgraded to the newest version ob background slideshow.
  3. The only problem is that a css validation always brings errors about the font-style. When I look at the source now I see a double declaration of the font-style: /*dynamic css*/ body#bd, div.logo-text h1 a, div.ja-moduletable h3, div.moduletable h3, div.ja-module h3, div.module h3, h1.componentheading, .componentheading, .contentheading, .article-content h1, .article-content h2, .article-content h3, .article-content h4, .article-content h5, .article-content h6 {font-family: 'Merienda';font-style:regular;font-style:normal;} div.logo-text h1, div.logo-text h1 a {font-family: 'Merienda';font-style:regular;font-style:normal;} p.site-slogan {font-family: 'Merienda';font-style:regular;font-style:normal;} #ja-splitmenu, #jasdl-mainnav, #ja-cssmenu li, #ja-megamenu ul.level0 {font-family: 'Merienda';font-style:regular;font-style:normal; font-weight:200;} #ja-subnav, #jasdl-subnav, #ja-cssmenu li li, #ja-megamenu ul.level1 {font-family: 'Merienda';font-style:regular;font-style:normal; font-weight:200;} h1.componentheading, .componentheading {font-family: 'Merienda';font-style:regular;font-style:normal;} .contentheading, .article-content h1, .article-content h2, .article-content h3, .article-content h4, .article-content h5, .article-content h6 {font-family: 'Merienda';font-style:regular;font-style:normal; }
  4. Did you get the data, I've sent some days ago?
  5. Same here. Having only 4 pictures, which are reduced as far the quality allows. But when I look on the waterfall chart of speed tools a lot of time is used to load the pictures. As the threadstarter says. It would perfect if the extension loads only the first picture and the rest afterwards. You mentioned Preload. Is this a way to get an workaround?
  6. Ah, ok. But I tried this before. I cannot select normal in the template settings (see attached screenshot). Also wenn I try a font which has styles like 400 normal, in the dropdown box I got only 400 to select. And even this is blaimed as wrong.
  7. Sorry, I can not follow. What do you mean with "try once" ?
  8. But when I look at the generated source of the page there are regular font-styles (see below). In the template settings also regular is choosen for each font. My test website: http://preyer2013.preyer.net </script> <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Merienda:regular&subset=latin-ext" /> <style type="text/css"> /*dynamic css*/ body#bd, div.logo-text h1 a, div.ja-moduletable h3, div.moduletable h3, div.ja-module h3, div.module h3, h1.componentheading, .componentheading, .contentheading, .article-content h1, .article-content h2, .article-content h3, .article-content h4, .article-content h5, .article-content h6 {font-family: 'Merienda';font-style:regular;} div.logo-text h1, div.logo-text h1 a {font-family: 'Merienda';font-style:regular;} p.site-slogan {font-family: 'Merienda';font-style:regular;} #ja-splitmenu, #jasdl-mainnav, #ja-cssmenu li, #ja-megamenu ul.level0 {font-family: 'Merienda';font-style:regular;} #ja-subnav, #jasdl-subnav, #ja-cssmenu li li, #ja-megamenu ul.level1 {font-family: 'Merienda';font-style:regular;} h1.componentheading, .componentheading {font-family: 'Merienda';font-style:regular;}
  9. I'm developing my new photograph homepage with this really great template. Also I'm using Google fonts. When I validate my page I get CSS errors (8 times): Value Error : font-style regular is not a font-style value : regular To get not a ranking penalty by Google I want to keep the site css errors free. How can I get rid of these errors?
  10. Done :)
  11. Great, now the Extension has important features for SEO. It's a really great Background Slider Extension, the best I know. Thanks for the help P.S. Could you set this thread to "solved"? I didn't find how I can do by myself.
  12. Ah, ok. I changed it in the module directory. Now there are the alt tags :) But, still the names are only chars and numbers. An alt tag filled with such things makes no sense. How can I change the image name and then also the name in alt tag to the real file name? My imagefiles have real names.
  13. http://preyer2013.preyer.net/
  14. I upgraded. But where can I add the alt tag to the pictures? (taking them from a local folder) After upgrade there is no alt tag in sourcecode of the generated page. Even the filenames are not as they named, but they have a log name like /419d700880f86deb41bcccf682190688.jpg" />
  15. On my starting site I only showing the background images. To ensure to get a got Google ranking it's important to have on all pictures the alt tag. I've seen the Background Slideshow does not have this. Is it possible?
