  1. I added a pop up window for larger images on one of our gallery pages. Is there an easy way to inform visitors to the gallery page to click on the title to view a larger image? We will be going through all the galleries and adding larger images using the popup link. This would need to be able to apply to specific galleries, not all galleries. http://www.zanebennettgallery.com/roberts-and-waynee-selected-works Thanks, John Chadwick on behalf of Zane Bennett Gallery in Santa Fe, NM
  2. After the upgrade to 2.18 many of the images in the various galleries look distorted and stretched. What is the secret to keeping the aspect ratio of images that may vary (landscape and portrait)? See attached image which is the first image in the slideshow on the link below. http://www.zanebennettgallery.com/Susan-Davidoff-selected-works Thank you, John Chadwick for Zane Bennett Gallery
  3. The fix that was sent to me worked like a champ. Add the following lines at the end of your .htaccess file: ##Mod_sercurity. ##Add this to htaccess <IfModule mod_security.c> <Files index.php> SecFilterEngine Off SecFilterScanPOST Off </Files> </IfModule> <IfModule security_module> <Files index.php> SecFilterEngine Off SecFilterScanPOST Off </Files> </IfModule> <IfModule security2_module> <Files index.php> SecFilterEngine Off SecFilterScanPOST Off </Files> </IfModule>
  4. We recently upgraded Slideshow Pro to 2.1.8 on our Joomla 3.3.6 site. This fixed many issues, but we now have a new problem. We are unable to add photos to a gallery. Using the uploader we get a simple HTTP Error, no details. Trying to upload the files from a Joomla directory returns an error that the files cannot be saved. I changed the permissions on all the directories in modules/btslideshow_pro to 777. We would appreciate help on this. John Chadwick on behalf of http://www.zanebennettgallery.com
