  1. thank you for looking into it. I did see that and applied that change but it didn't help. It's very odd, that SSL would make a difference to a Joomla function.
  2. it edited out my link trying again https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.planetherbs.com%2Fcase-studies%2Fa-history-of-herbalism-for-herbalists-part-1-how-the-arabs-saved-greek-sciences.html&t=A+History+of+Herbalism+for+Herbalists%2C+Part+1%3A+How+the+Arabs+Saved+Greek+Sciences
  3. So sorry after I wrote my post I put a workaround in. it's still broken but if you set the post to http: rather than https you don't get the error. you ca reproduce the error by sharing https articles. Not sure yet why some articles succeed and some fail. Here's an example of one that fails. https://www.facebook.com/sharer/sharer.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.planetherbs.com%2Fcase-studies%2Fa-history-of-herbalism-for-herbalists-part-1-how-the-arabs-saved-greek-sciences.html&t=A+History+of+Herbalism+for+Herbalists%2C+Part+1%3A+How+the+Arabs+Saved+Greek+Sciences
  4. Site was just changed over to SSL all of the time. This broke some Facebook shares. If I change the broken shares to http URLS (from https), this fixes the problem. It's not a solution though as I can't go to non-ssl. The error replaces the article excerpt with: : main(): The script tried to execute a method or access a property of an incomplete object. Please ensure that the class definition "JCategoryNode" of the object you are trying to operate on was loaded _before_ unserialize() gets called or provide a __autoload() function to load the class… I posted the entire thing on Joomla as well -- http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=706&t=856781 I am just stumped.
