  1. I am having a similar issue - just purchased BT Slideshow Pro and cannot use the Uploader. I can read images from a Joomla folder but when I try to upload files from my computer, get an error. I updated the .htaccess file per the file you provided in this thread. I have also checked to ensure permissions in all folders in the modules/mod_btslideshow_pro directory are set to 755. Suggestions? Thanks in advance!
  2. yea!! This fixed the problem... TYVM!! You went above and beyond on this... The slideshow looks and works great...
  3. Thank you very much for your time - I have sent login information to the following email address: support@bowthemes.com
  4. Sorry to bug you on this but, I need to know if I need to be looking for an alternate on the slideshow module for Joomla 1.7. I really like the look of what you have developed and would love to use it for a project we're working on (AND make the appropriate donation for it). However, if we can't upload images on MAC OS, then we have to look elseware. Thanks! jLynn
  5. I also tried on Windows using Firefox 5.0.1 - tried drag and drop AND file upload dialog. Same error...
  6. There have been many individuals reporting the same issue with the image upload fail (image.jpg - undefined/failed). Your reply is to send Joomla admin access to the site??? I'm not sure I'm comfortable with that. With so many individuals reporting this issue, can your team not replicate and fix? I will be happy to provide more information about my system config, but for our clients' security, not admin access. NOTE: I am running Joomla v 1.7.1 and have tried both BT Slideshow v1.0.1 and 1.0.2 I am on a Mac and have tried on Safari (v5.1), Firefox (v6.0.2), and Chrome (v14.0.835.202) - uploading via file manager and drag and drop. All with the same result. If you like, I can send you a list of the extensions I have installed. Looking forward to your reply... and a fix!
  7. Thanks for reply - I have also tried images one at a time with same results. Hoping we can get this to work! Your module looks like it will suit our needs!
  8. Of note: I have made sure the folder permission for the images is set to mod 777
  9. This module looks great and could be exactly what I need for a new client site. However, I am also having issues with the image upload. I am running Joomla v 1.7.0 and have tried both BT Slideshow v1.0.1 and 1.0.2 I am on a Mac and have tried both Safari (v5.1) and Firefox (v6.0.2) - uploading via file manager and drag and drop. I get the following error regarldess of browser or how I try to upload images: What is curious is that the images are uploaded to the mod_btslideshow 'original' directory, but not any of the others. I hope you can help solve this problem! I look forward to seeing this successfully implemented on our client website and making a donation for your work! Thanks, jLynn
