But when I got back on site again i couldn't sign in when i try to login or even try to register just a dialogue box with Error: Ajax Request Failed: And when I try going to the back end to check out the module and find out the issues, i can only login and a blank page after that. I have gone through forums but cannot get the answers to my questions its really fustrating.. :( :( :( my website http://www.pearledition.com forums: http://bowthemes.com/forums/topic/..failed http://bowthemes.com/forums/topic/6205.. http://bowthemes.com/forums/topic/5725... http://bowthemes.com/forums/topic/5577... http://bowthemes.com/forums/topic/4097... http://bowthemes.com/forums/topic/3882... Hi, First of all, awesome extension! Kudos to you guys for making such a great piece of software that works so well. I have lots of experience implementing BT Login on Joomla 2.5 and below, but this is my first time integrating it into Joomla 3.0. Everything works really well on the site except for when a user enters a bad name and/or password. An error dialogue box pops up stating: error: Ajax Request Failed! This happens on both IE and Chrome. After clearing the error message, the screen just sits infinitely with the spinning circle. The page must be reloaded to get around this issue. I have searched the forums and found others with similar problems, but there does not seem to be a conclusive solution. Can you help? Some key data points: - Joomla 3.1.5 - BT Login 2.5.4 - Template: YooTheme Infinite - URL where you can see the problem in action: http://mettlemultisport.com/mettle/ (enter a garbage user name and password and you should see the problem right away). Any suggestions on how to fix this problem before the site goes live in a couple of weeks would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again. Aaron
