Another plugin has redirected the page on login, Please check your plugins system

I solved the problem by clearing Joomla cache, turning off Joomla caching, and clearing Gantry cache. I couldn't find the module cache in Advanced Options, so that wasn't my issue.

Can someone help with this problem?

At the BT Arise home page, BT Login works fine. But when I attempt to view the Kunena discussion forum page without being logged in, I cannot login at this page (via the "Lock" icon in the BT Arise template in the upper-righthand corner), I receive "Another plugin has redirected the page on login, Please check your plugins system".

Here are the steps to reproduce this problem:

1. Go to www.primetimersww.com

2. Click "Community > Discussion Forums > General Discussion" from the top menu.

3. When prompted that login is required to enter discussion forum, click the BT Login "lock" icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.

4. Attempt to login

5. The "Another plugin has redirected the page on login, Please check your plugins system" error is shown.

I am running the latest version of BT Login (v.2.5.6)

Thanks for any help that you can provide,

Tom Hammond

I had the same problem but solved it by using

Please open file /template/bt_arise/html/mod_bt_login/js/default.js replace word "task" to "bttask"

This word appear at 2 position

var datasubmit= "task=login...

and

var datasubmit= "task=register...

But as my template is different so my location is module/mod_bt_login........

hi!

Same problem here.

I am using joomla 3.3, bt-travel template and BT-login 2.5.3

I never had this problem when making the test site (dev mode in the template) but yesterday, I finally went alive (dev mode off) and had this issue for the first time.

In the live site I turned the cache off in the entire site and I don´t want that, of course.

The problem is that my 4 month subscription expired. Can you help me anyway? I didn´t report this bug on time because I never turned the dev mode off before!!

Hope you can help me!

thanks

PS I tried other solutions in this topic but as I am not using BT-ARISE I am not sure what to do to find the files. Didn´t try the extension one, I hope this can be fixed without adding any extension.

Hi Marcos.

The newest version of BT Travel use BT Login 2.5.4.

So maybe you are using old version of BT Travel.

And please help check this

Open file /templates/bt_travel/html/mod_bt_login/default.php (1st)

And /modules/mod_bt_login/tmpl/default.php (2nd)

Compare this code

var btlOpt =

{

BT_AJAX :'<?php echo addslashes(JURI::getInstance()->toString()); ?>',

BT_RETURN :'<?php echo addslashes($return_decode); ?>',

RECAPTCHA :'<?php echo $enabledRecaptcha ;?>',

LOGIN_TAGS :'<?php echo $loginTag?>',

REGISTER_TAGS :'<?php echo $registerTag?>',

EFFECT :'<?php echo $effect?>',

ALIGN :'<?php echo $align?>',

BG_COLOR :'<?php echo $bgColor ;?>',

MOUSE_EVENT :'<?php echo $params->get('mouse_event','click') ;?>',

TEXT_COLOR :'<?php echo $textColor;?>'

}

If they are different,

Please use code in file 2nd instead of 1st.

If my reply doesn't help you please give me your url and a demo account, i will check it.

Hi.

I checked your site.

I set "Error Reporting" by "Maximum" and see this notice when submit login form

http://prntscr.com/4qdr8h

This is first time i see this notice

Please try this solution

Open file /mod_bt_login/helper.php

Change this code

$obLevel = ob_get_level();
if($obLevel){
while ($obLevel > 0 ) {
ob_end_clean();
$obLevel --;
}
}else{
ob_clean();
}

to

if(ob_get_contents()){
$obLevel = ob_get_level();
if($obLevel){
while ($obLevel > 0 ) {
ob_end_clean();
$obLevel --;
}
}else{
ob_clean();
}
}

If it doesn't help please ask you host provider for the notice message.

Because i suspect there is problem with your server's configuration
