Posted April 1, 2015 · Report post I've changed the option to "No". But then I'm not able to open the login popup on a different site than the index page. See http://www.schuetzengau-iller-illertissen.de/index.php/sport there the popup doesn't open anymore. Also the error seems to still occur sometimes. Also after deleting the Browser cache. Posted April 2, 2015 · Report post Hi there. Because there is other js error on this page http://www.schuetzen...index.php/sport Please use my attached file to replace old file /templates/bt_arise2_free/html/mod_bt_contentslider/js/slides2.js slides2.zip
Posted April 3, 2015 · Report post Seems to work, great job, thank you. Now only one another thing: If I activate the Joomla Cache which includes also the modules, it happens that the website is completely white after some hours. Could it be that some of the modules of Bowthemes doesn't support the Joomla Cache?
Posted April 6, 2015 · Report post I've tested the website during the last days. The problem isn't solved completely. The popup problem is solved, but if I insert my username and password, a popup appears which contains the message "error: Ajax request failed". That happens at all pages except the starting page. So the problem isn't solved. What can I do?
Posted April 7, 2015 · Report post Hi there. Please try to change cache option from Cache - Progressive to Cache - Conservative I have seen this problem few time before.

Posted April 8, 2015 · Report post Thank you for your help. I will try that after the problem with the Ajax error is solved. The caching is disabled at the moment. Do you mean, at the moment, you disable cache and the problem still exists?
Posted April 8, 2015 · Report post The problem with the white site doesn't exist if caching is disabled completely. At the moment the caching is disabled in the configuration and also the System-Cache plugin is disabled. The problem with the Ajax error still exists. It appeared after inserting the new code of post #4. So I'm only able to login on the frontpage. If i switch to e.g. Downloads and try to login, the error message appears after inserting the correct credentials and clicking the login button.
Posted April 8, 2015 · Report post I figured out that the Ajax error only occurs if I opened a page which has Docman 2 included, e.g. the "Downloads" link. On all other pages the error doesn't occur. Could that error be caused by Docman 2?
Posted April 8, 2015 · Report post I got following answer from a Docman developer: Thank you for the URL. I was able to reproduce this. However, there's nothing we can do. The login module is making an AJAX POST request against a DOCman URL for the login. They are probably handling the login through a system plugin instead of just making the request to com_users, which is what they should be doing. The issue is that when a POST request is made against DOCman, there are some security checks that are performed against the request data and some of that data is missing in their request (token for preventing CSRF attacks). Posted November 10, 2015 · Report post Hello, Accordion is not working on Joomla 3.4.1 with BT OnePage after opening a lightbox. Please check:http://2015.alternativefm.de At first Accordeons work fine. Then after I open a Lightbox e.g. by clicking on on a BT-Contentshocase Image, Accordeon does not work any more. Can you please tell me what is the conflict? Thanks and kind regards Axel
Posted November 11, 2015 · Report post Hi Axel. I see there are 2 jquery files are loaded on your site. One is loaded by Joomla function One is loaded by your template. I suspect there is conflict so please open file /templates/your_template/index.php Check if you see this line <script src="/templates/afm/js/jquery-1.8.2.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script> please remove it. Posted November 16, 2015 · Report post Hello, it does not help. I commented it out. and nothing happended. Then I removed templates/afm/js/jquery.easing.1.3.js - Then it worked. The Bt-Showcase Accordeon and the Bt-Showcase Default worked together. The Accordeon worked after opening Bt-Showcase Default in a Fancybox. But I need it templates/afm/js/jquery.easing.1.3.js.. Because when I remove it, the ease scrolling down doesn't work well. ---------- (I also set load jquery to "no" in all bt-showcase modules I use on this page. Not working.) In bowtheme template "Onepage" pro version there are 7 js files and I tried to remove each one, no effect (only jquery.easing.1.3.js with bad scrolling): /js/jquery-1.8.2.min.js'); /js/jquery.easing.1.3.js'); /js/jquery.fancybox.pack.js'); /js/jquery.fancybox.js'); /js/jquery.mousewheel-3.0.6.pack.js'); /js/script.js'); /js/loadfancybox.js'); Maybe there is another jquery conflict that comes from opening the fancybox? Posted November 20, 2015 · Report post Hi Axel. On homepage, your module that you use this play audio file load this jquery <script type="text/javascript" src="/../../script/html5-audio-player/js/jquery-1.10.2.min.js"></script> This jquery is loaded after other JQuery files, specially after jquery.easing-1.3.2.min.js So it makes conflict. Please check if the module support you disable the jQuery or you should delete it manually. Thanks
