What payment methods are supported? (Hot!)

Bowthemes accept three kind of payment: Paypal, Credit Card and Bank Transfer.

However, we suggest our members to use Paypal , the preferred payment method for most Bowthemes buyers. PayPal lets you send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account.

If you do not or cannot use the above methods, you may pay using a bank transfer. This is not a very convenient method as it takes at least two days to complete. Once you've initiated the bank transfer, you will have to send us your registration data (email address and username) so that we may activate your account manually.

After payment, can I download Bowthemes’s items immediately? (Hot!)

The answer here is almost YES. If we receive successfully your payment, our system creates the account automatically. A few second after, you can enjoy download our products.

I have paid but can not downlooad? What should I do? (Hot!)

If the product could not be downloaded, please check some common errors:

- You purchase through eCheck service of Bank wire transfer: Don’t be worry, you have to wait from a few days to a week before the translation have been completed (2 days if the payment method is bank transfer).

- Our email go to your Bulk/Spam email folder. Please check your Junk email folder carefully.

- You still not complete some steps of the payment process. Make sure that you don’t forget anything.

If you still experience problems, please contact Customer Service with a proof of payment (Payment Receipt or Order number).

For each of your membership packages, to what does the "Valid period" refer? (Hot!)

The "Valid period" is amount of month you are allowed to access our Club membership area section to download our current, updates and future templates/extensions and get our support.

Of course you are still allowed to use the products which are released prior and during you membership period on your websites (domains) for a lifetime.

What happens when the membership period is over? (Hot!)

At the end of membership valid period, download permission will stop due to an issue with billing your credit card. An email notification is automatically sent to your mail box one month before the expire date. Members have the option to upgrade to a higher membership package or they can pay renewal free to stay in their current membership and extend download permission.

What benefit I can have when I buy many times one membership package ? (Hot!)

Your membership will be extended automatically. In other words, you don’t have to pay renewal for a long time. Notice that number of licensed domain don’t change at the same membership level.

What do you mean by Monthly releases? (Hot!)

Normally we release one template per month. But sometimes extra bonus templates are released as an additional benefit for our members.

I already have an account on Bowthemes website, now my account shift to free membership package. How do I upgrade my membership? (Hot!)

For upgrading membership package, after you have logged in, click the “Pricing and Sign up” button at the home page to access membership plan. Select one membership package and accomplish payment processing.
