Download from My product download page

One of advance features of BowThemes after upgrade is Account manager pages. There are a lot of features on this site and one of them is downloading your products.

Step 1 : Log-in to bowthemes.com with your account

Step 2 : Click to "My products download" from your log-in panel (See image for more detail) to go to the Download page

Step 3 : All our products (Joomla templates and Joomla extensions ) you CAN download will be show here (Including free products and commercial products which you purchased ) Click orange icons to download the products that you want.

Step 4 : When the download page appears, click on the download icon to download separate product or select multiple products and download all selected products.

Download from Product Detail pages

There is another way to download our products is go to the Product detail page and click to DOWNLOAD button ( If your account is authorized to download the product).

When you have paid for a Bowthemes’s product and this payment was accepted by Paypal or others payment methods providers, an email will be automatically delivered to your registered mailbox. Below is email sample:

Step 1: Log-on to your account in Bowthemes Website

Step 2: Click through the word ” Download “ in this email to download our product.

Step 3: Details page of the product will appear. Click on the “ Download “ button

Step 4: When the download page appears, click on the download icon to download separate product or select multiple products and download all selected products. (See step 4 of first way)

. If you haven’t received Downloading email after payment, please check your spam box or make sure that your email server do not blocks emails from .

If you don’t have any problem with your mailbox, please check your payment progress. Maybe you haven’t completed some steps or Paypal haven’t not accepted your payment for some reason. In this case, please email us immediately at support@bowthemes.com or summit a ticket at https://www.bowthemes.com/submit-a-ticket to get our support.
